During my internship at Web Works Digital Marketing, I worked with Universal Urethane Products, a client specializing in custom polyurethane solutions for industries such as mining, construction, and snow removal. I contributed to improving their digital presence by updating product pages on their WordPress site, revising copy to feature high-traffic keywords, and implementing refreshed visuals to boost user engagement and SEO. Beyond web content, I helped design and implement a variety of email and social media campaigns using Constant Contact, created product-specific graphics to assist customer decision-making, and collaborated on a video walkthrough for snow plow blade installation.
Strategy
To boost SEO, I researched and implemented high-traffic keywords across Universal Urethane’s product pages, improving visibility for items like the Polyurethane Elastomeric Discs and Urethane Hammer. Design choices for email and social campaigns were inspired by current trends in industrial marketing. AI tools were used to streamline my workflow, helping me learn CMS web development platforms like WordPress faster. In addition, I used ElevenLabs to generate realistic voiceovers and edited the final product in Adobe Premiere Pro to improve the installation video audio experience for users.

Black Firday & Cyber Monday Media Campaign

I designed and executed social media campaigns for Universal Urethane Products and Polyurethane Snow Plow Cutting Edges, creating graphics that highlighted key sales during the 2024 Black Friday and Cyber Monday season. These visually engaging posts, based on other contemporary industrial sale posts, were based in bold confident designs, intended to stop scrolling and drive clicks.

I created a set of clear, informative graphics that guide users through selecting the correct installation attachments for their polyurethane snow plow blades. These visuals appear during the blade size selection process on the Polyurethane Snow Plow Cutting Edges website, helping customers identify exactly which parts and sizes they need, helping reduce confusion and improving the overall user experience.
Email Campaign
Constant Contact, Digital Marketing
Using Constant Contact, I developed targeted email campaigns for Universal Urethane Products that featured updated product information, custom graphics, and promotional offers. These emails highlighted new features like polyurethane blade attachment parts, installation videos, and limited-time sales events. By optimizing layout, copy, and visuals, the campaigns help boost user engagement, driving more qualified traffic to UUP's product pages.

To further streamline the snow plow blade installation process, I edited a full tutorial video for Polyurethane Snow Plow Blades using Adobe Premiere Pro. This video features a realistic AI-generated voiceover created with ElevenLabs, which I carefully fine-tuned and spliced to ensure a smooth, professional listening experience. The result is a clear, easy-to-follow walkthrough that provides greater understanding and confidence to users who are planning on attaching their new snow plow blade.

As part of the ongoing marketing efforts for Universal Urethane Products, I designed monthly postcards to highlight new offerings, including their expansion into providing urethane products for the agricultural industry. Each postcard was made to showcase how urethane product features can provide an enhanced experience for agricultural workers. Postcards were designed to stay in line with client imagery, branding and marketing goals, while being sure to meet specific print format requirements for smooth distribution.
